Grant Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Grant is currently working as the Head of Procurement at Chopstix Group, where they manage a significant amount of direct and indirect spend. Prior to this, Grant worked as a Procurement Manager at Parkdean Resorts, where they were responsible for various aspects of accommodation procurement and contributed to significant cost savings and working capital gains. Grant also held the position of Procurement Manager at Pizza Hut UK & Europe, TUI, and Pizza Hut Europe and UK, where they managed procurement processes, negotiated contracts, and oversaw supply chain management. Grant's work experience also includes roles such as Demand Planner at Nestle Waters, Demand Manager at Ocado, and Procurement Systems Specialist at Roche Pharmaceuticals. Grant started their career at McDonald's Corporation as a Supply Chain Co-ordinator. Throughout their career, Grant has demonstrated expertise in procurement, supply chain management, contract negotiation, and project coordination.

Grant Hayes attended Caterham High School from 1993 to 2000, where they obtained 11 GCSEs with grades A-C and earned a GNVQ Advanced Business Distinction. Grant later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management Sciences at the University of Hertfordshire from 2003 to 2007.
