Nico Sanders has extensive experience in program management and organizational leadership, currently serving as Director of Programmes, Chief Programmes and Strategy Officer, Deputy CEO, and COO at Choose Love since September 2015. Previously, Nico worked at Ambitious about Autism as a Training and Development Administrator, overseeing administrative functions and external training activities. Additional roles include Finance Assistant and Entertainment Assistant at the Union of UEA Students, Brand Manager at Teach First, and various volunteer positions in educational and charitable settings. Nico holds a BA (Hons) in International Development with Social Anthropology and Politics from the University of East Anglia, complemented by previous educational credentials from Woodhouse College and Queen Elizabeth Girls' School.
