Lidia P. has extensive experience in the field of human capital and quality assurance, currently serving in the role of HC Effectiveness Measurement & Survey at Telekomunikasi Indonesia since October 2019. Prior to this position, Lidia P. worked as a Quality Assurance professional at Biro Pusat Aktuaria from May 2019 to September 2019 and briefly as part of the Human Capital team at AXA Mandiri Financial Services in July and August 2018. Lidia P. holds a Gelar Sarjana degree in Statistika from Universitas Padjadjaran, where studies were completed between 2015 and 2019.
