Barry O'Neill is a seasoned senior operations leader with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Regional VP of Upscale Franchise Performance at Choice Hotels International since August 2022, Barry previously held the position of VP of North American Operations at Radisson Hotel Group Americas for over 15 years, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of over 520 hotels and $1 billion in annual revenue. Prior roles at Radisson included Regional VP of Operations and Sr. Director of Operations & Guest Experience. Barry’s career began at TMI Hospitality, advancing through various managerial roles. Barry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern Iowa.
