Chad Falkenborg has a wealth of experience in various roles and industries.

Chad is currently the President, COO, and Co-Founder of Choice Digital Corp, a position they have held since April 2022.

Prior to this, Chad worked at Uplight, where they held several positions. Chad started as the Director of Client Solutions in October 2017 and held this role until July 2019. From July 2019 to November 2020, they served as the Senior Director of Productivity, responsible for implementing standard processes and supporting sales and customer success. Finally, from November 2020 to March 2022, they worked as the Senior Client Solutions Director.

Before joining Uplight, Chad held the role of Director of Client Services at Brierley+Partners in 2017.

From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Senior Manager of Client Services at Blackhawk Engagement Solutions.

Prior to that, Chad worked at PlatinumCode as a Sales Consultant from December 2013 to June 2015, where they actively managed and grew a $2.5M territory in the healthcare industry.

Before PlatinumCode, Chad worked at Honeywell in various roles. Chad was the Customer Care COE Leader from January to December 2013, revamping customer care operations for the $160M+ Smart Grid Solutions business. From January 2011 to January 2013, they worked as a Sales Analyst, and from February 2008 to January 2011, they were a Customer Care Manager, overseeing order management teams within a $1.1B multi-channel organization.

Earlier in their career, Chad served as the Manager of Sales and Operations at Premier Mortgage Funding from August 2006 to September 2007, where they managed all aspects of sales and operations for the mortgage lending business. Chad also held the same position at Lend Trust Mortgage from February 2005 to August 2006, where they were responsible for sales and operations, managing a sales team and an outbound call center.
