Ronald Taylor Hicks, MSM, THRP, currently serves as an Instructional Designer for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, focusing on curriculum design and eLearning development tailored to cultural relevance and organizational objectives. Previously, Ronald held various roles, including Financial Analyst I, managing financial reporting and budgeting, and Graphic Design Specialist at Petro Truckstop, where marketing materials were created. Additional experience includes work as a Count Team Clerk at Downstream Casino Resort and an intern in both the Commerce Division and IT departments of the Choctaw Nation. Ronald's academic qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Missouri Southern State University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Tribal Management from Haskell Indian Nations University, and a Bachelor's in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Full Sail University.
