Ian Shaw currently serves as a Help Desk Specialist I for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, having started in May 2023. In this role, Ian effectively utilizes knowledge articles and incident management strategies to promptly address remote issues and ensure accurate documentation of incidents. Prior to this position, Ian gained valuable experience as a Retail Cashier at Walmart from August 2021 to May 2023, where attention to detail and integrity contributed to achieving over 100 positive customer reviews in just six days.
