Deanna Gibson, M.F.A., serves as a Senior Graphic Designer for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since May 2022 and also holds the position of Visiting Assistant Professor at Midwestern State University since January 2022. Prior experience includes an Instructor role in Visual Communication and Freelance Art Director at Texas A&M University-Commerce from August 2020 to May 2022, and a Visiting Professor position at the University of North Texas from August 2019 to August 2020. Additionally, Deanna has been a Senior Lecturer at the University of Texas Arlington for the Masters of Marketing Research program from August 2016 to August 2019, and was an Adjunct faculty member at Texas A&M University-Commerce from January 2013 to August 2019. Earlier career highlights include various design roles at Studios A/S, briley and stables, RSW, and RSW Creative, Inc. Deanna Gibson earned a Master’s Degree in Communication Design from Texas A&M University-Commerce between 1997 and 2015.
