Pierre-Henry Copperé has extensive work experience in the consumer goods and beverage industry. Pierre-Henry is currently the Head of Prestige and Global Brand Portfolio for Ballantine's whisky at Chivas Brothers since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Pernod Ricard for several years, holding various roles including Global Brand Director for Blended Scotch Whisky in Travel Retail, Head of Marketing for Travel Retail North Asia, and Marketing Manager. Pierre-Henry also has experience at Procter & Gamble as a Senior Assistant Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager, as well as consulting experience at Carrefour China. Pierre-Henry began their career with internships at Nestle, Malibu-Kahlua International, Pernod Ricard China, and Orlando Wyndham. Overall, Pierre-Henry Copperé has a diverse background in brand management, marketing, and sales.

Pierre-Henry Coperre completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2004 to 2008, they attended emlyon business school and obtained a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Marketing. In 2008, they furthered their education at the emlyon business school Asia Campus, where they completed the Entrepreneurs For Asia Program in collaboration with EM Lyon Shanghai and East China Normal University, specializing in Management.

Additionally, Pierre-Henry Coperre obtained several certifications to expand their knowledge and skills.
