Trinh Cao is a highly experienced Principal Consultant at Chirality Capital Consulting, specializing in managing and delivering technical solutions for diverse organizations, and leading a team of Data Engineers in data integration and visualization projects since 2019. Previously, Trinh held roles as a Senior Consultant focusing on healthcare management and IT modernization, and spent six years at Avalere Health / Inovalon as a Senior Manager in Software and IT Implementations, where notable contributions included system integrations and application of Agile methodologies. Early career experience includes serving as an IT Project Manager at Avalere Health, where project turnaround strategies were successfully employed, and as a Technical Project Manager at Aristotle, managing budgets and project delivery.
