Mark Ragon began their work experience in 1978 as a Systems Engineer at Boeing. Mark held this role for 42 years until 2020. In 2021, they transitioned to Chipton Ross as a Systems Engineering Consultant, where they are currently employed.

Mark Ragon attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1973 to 1977. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.
