María Pilar Bou has garnered extensive experience in customer success and support roles, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Chipax since May 2019, and previously held the positions of Customer Support Manager and Customer Support. Prior to their tenure at Chipax, María Pilar worked with Corporación Nacional Forestal in Planificación Uso Público for a brief period in early 2018, and also gained experience in administration at Ecoturismo La Serena in early 2017. María Pilar completed a degree in Ingeniería en Administración de Empresas and a Licenciatura en Administración Turística at Universidad de La Serena, graduating in 2018.
