Weiting Su is a seasoned recruitment and employee relations professional with extensive experience in the human resources field. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist at China Southern Airlines since July 2018, Weiting has progressed through various roles, enhancing expertise in recruitment and employee relations. Previous experience includes a role as Daffodil Campaign Volunteer Coordinator at the Canadian Cancer Society, where responsibilities included volunteer recruitment and engagement strategies. Weiting also contributed as a Programming and Membership Development Intern at The Beaumont Studios Artist Society and as a Communications Assistant at CAPEChina, focusing on social media and marketing efforts. Weiting holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Economics from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2017.
