Mr. Xu Chengfa is the independent non-executive Director. He was appointed as an independent non-executive Director on 31 May 2014. Mr. Xu has over 20 years of experience in banking operations and management. He worked in the Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (stock code: 3328), a company which shares are listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange and held various positions including senior manager of investment banking department, senior manager of corporate services department, assistant general manager, deputy general manager, deputy chief executive officer and consultant.
