Johan Florin is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry with extensive experience in project management and business program leadership. Currently serving as Senior Business Program Manager for Autonomous Vehicles at CEVT since May 2018, Johan has held various roles including Business Project Leader for TCO in Autonomous MaaS and Project Leader for Powertrain, focusing on hybrid powertrain integration. Prior to CEVT, Johan spent a decade at GETRAG FORD Transmissions, where responsibilities included leading a Project Management Office and managing comprehensive transmission development projects, as well as serving as Program & Design Manager. Earlier career experiences include a role as Change Management Coordinator at Saab Space and a brief period as a Manufacturing Engineer at Volvo Powertrain. Johan holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
