Wei Yan, CFA, FRM, is an accomplished risk manager at Standard & Poor's since June 2014 and serves as a vice manager at China Construction Bank since July 2011. Wei Yan possesses extensive expertise in designing banking business lines, encompassing process, data, and IT design, as well as implementation, coding, and testing. With a strong background in database design focusing on reliability, fault tolerance, and sustainability, Wei Yan has comprehensive experience in cash management design and IT system implementation. Wei Yan holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Dalian University of Technology.
