YuWei Hsu is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently at Chime focusing on Fund Flow within the Move Money team since June 2023. Prior to Chime, YuWei served as a Software Engineer at Bolt, specializing in Core Payment for Financial Products from October 2021 to June 2023, and at Microsoft, where contributions included enhancing Azure SQL Database and working on In-Memory OLTP projects from July 2020 to October 2021. YuWei also gained valuable experience at Rubrik, Inc. in AppFlows and Disaster Recovery from July 2017 to July 2020, and completed a Software Engineering internship at NVIDIA in 2016 with a focus on developing management platforms and ensuring data integrity for APIs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, along with prior degrees in Mathematical Finance and Computer Science from reputable institutions. YuWei also has military experience as a Corporal and Tank Gunner in the 564 Armor Brigade of the 10th Army Corps, demonstrating leadership and strategic planning skills.
