Michelle Christofferson is an accomplished professional in the field of compliance and ethics, currently serving as Lead of Ethics and Compliance at Chime since October 2020. In this role, Michelle implements and leads enterprise-wide compliance training, reporting, and ethics programming. Prior experience includes various positions at EY from 2015 to 2020, including Senior Compliance Associate and Senior Consultant for Financial Services, where Michelle collaborated with financial services clients on process improvements through technology implementation and governance restructuring. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Lehigh University, earned in 2016.
