John Finn is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in engineering productivity and infrastructure development. Currently at Chime since March 2021, John focuses on enhancing the release process for the company. Prior to this, John served at Google from August 2016 to March 2021, where efforts concentrated on creating reliable integration test frameworks for large-scale databases. John also worked at Cisco Systems for several years, contributing to the merging of firewalls and developing features that streamlined device configuration updates. Earlier internships at Cisco Systems and SUNY Fredonia provided foundational experiences in validating cryptographic operations and establishing databases for employment tracking. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SUNY Fredonia.
