Jennifer Lau is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in strategy and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager in the PMO at Chime since May 2021, Jennifer has previously held the position of Senior Project Manager for Systems & Processes at Credit Karma from September 2019 to May 2021. Experience also includes project management roles at LendingClub, where Jennifer progressed from Associate to Project Lead in Product Operations between February 2017 and July 2019. Jennifer's technical proficiency encompasses systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and Ring Central. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Davis, and has furthered education through UC Berkeley Extension.
