Dita Hito, CAMS, currently serves as Principal Strategy Advisor, Risk at Chime, where strategic leadership and compliance advice are provided across various business units to mitigate risks and fraud losses. Prior experience includes roles as SVP, Deputy Director at Truist, where Dita played a key role in integrating financial crime policies following a merger, and as SVP, Financial Intelligence Unit Chief of Staff at BB&T, specializing in BSA/AML/Fraud compliance. Dita's career also features positions as Compliance Officer at Self-Help Credit Union and various roles at BB&T before that, focusing on anti-money laundering and fraud investigation. Dita holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Information Systems and Global Innovation from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Italian Language & Literature from Rutgers Business School.
