Blaire Meck has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 1997, they held the position of Vice President of Consultant Relations at Citigroup Asset Management for six years. From 2003 to 2007, they served as Vice President at McLagan Partners. Blaire then joined Chilton Investment Company, LLC as Assistant Director of Human Resources from 2007 to 2009. After that, they worked at Soros Fund Management LLC as an HR Generalist from 2009 to 2012. Following their time at Soros, they moved to Aircastle Advisor LLC, where they held the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they are working as the Managing Director of Human Resources at Chilton Investment Company, LLC since 2014.

Blaire Meck obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Bucknell University between 1993 and 1997.
