Iohan Alevato's work experience begins in 2007 when they worked as a Programmer at BRQ, focusing on developing banking applications using languages such as COBOL, JCL, and CICS. In 2008, they joined MPS Informática Ltda as a Software Analyst and Developer, where they worked on ERP analysis and development for the health insurance and commercial sectors, utilizing Delphi, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

In 2010, Iohan joined HSBC as a Business Intelligence Technical Lead, responsible for designing end-to-end DW/BI/analytical solutions using IBM DataStage, Teradata, and DB2. Iohan also gathered requirements and delivered technical solutions. Iohan later transitioned to the role of Business Intelligence Project Lead, managing and coordinating regulatory and compliance projects, facilitating business workshops, and preparing status reports.

From 2016 to 2018, Iohan worked at Bradesco Bank as a Business Intelligence Project Lead, overseeing BI projects and ensuring their successful completion. Iohan managed project teams, monitored progress, and conducted project meetings with stakeholders.

In 2018, Iohan joined MeDirect Malta as a Business Intelligence Specialist. In this role, they conducted analysis, designed reporting solutions, implemented technical solutions and procedures, and managed the BI infrastructure for customer and wealth management.

Most recently, Iohan started working at Chiliz in 2022. Iohan began as a Business Intelligence Developer, designing the dimensional data model of the company's data warehouse, developing and maintaining data pipelines, and automating reports and workflows with Python. Iohan has now been promoted to Lead Business Intelligence Developer, where they manage the BI workload, oversees the technical execution of BI projects, and drives the development of user-friendly self-service visualization and BI tools.

Throughout their work experience, Iohan has gained expertise in business intelligence, data modeling, data pipelines, reporting solutions, project management, and technical solutions across various industries and technologies.

Iohan Alevato has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Project Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School, which they obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies and obtained a Graduate degree in System Analysis from Faculdades SPEI, which they completed between 2007 and 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Iohan obtained the Apache Airflow Fundamentals certification from Astronomer in August 2022 and the PSM I (Professional Scrum Master) certification from Scrum.org in April 2018.
