Ashley Raphael Cole, MPA, serves as the Research & Evaluation Manager at the Children's Services Council of Broward County since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley worked at Gang Alternative, Inc., initially as a Program Manager before advancing to Senior Program Manager from March 2019 to January 2023. Ashley's experience also includes positions as a Program Associate at Development Innovations Group, and internships at the Virginia Tree Farm Foundation and Multilateral Capital Advisory LLC. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Florida Atlantic University, complemented by a study abroad program in Arabic Language at Université Moulay Ismail Meknès.
