Yair Inspektor is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in education and health policy. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Children's National Hospital since July 2020, Yair has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Legal, Risk Management, and Regulatory Affairs at The HSC Health Care System, and Interim Assistant Superintendent/Director for Policy at the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education. Earlier in the career, Yair was a Senior Policy Advisor to the Deputy Mayor of Education for the Government of the District of Columbia and worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. Yair's career began as an 11th Grade Global History Teacher with the NYC Department of Education. Academic qualifications include a B.A. in Political Science from Penn State University, a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, and a Master's in Education from Pace University.
