Elisa Katvalyan is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) since March 2024, Elisa has previously held roles such as Human Resources Generalist at Area of Games and Supporter for the 120K Project, where efforts focused on raising awareness about the situation in Artsakh. Elisa's background includes positions as HR Generalist and Specialist at JI Pepsi Cola Bottler in Armenia, an HR Specialist at Volios Institute for Civil Engineering, and a Junior Human Resources Specialist at Decora Group LLC. Additional experience includes an internship at the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development and serving as a Study Affairs Officer at Gavar State Musical College. Educated in psychology and organizational management, Elisa holds two Master's degrees from Yerevan State University and the Public Administration Academy of The Republic of Armenia.
