Kiera McGillivray is a highly experienced professional in the field of mental health counseling and program management, currently serving as the Chief Program Officer of School-Based Initiatives at Children & Families First since June 2019. Kiera has an extensive background in academia, having worked as a part-time lecturer at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from January 2017 to August 2021. Prior to their current role, Kiera was a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice from January 2016 to June 2019, addressing various presenting issues such as relationship challenges and mental health concerns. Kiera began their clinical training as an MFT Student Intern at the Center for Individual, Couple, and Family Counseling from May 2014 to December 2015, after obtaining a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2015. Kiera also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, earned in 2013.
