Selina Niroula is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in technical support and administration. Currently serving as an Information Technology Help Desk Analyst II at Children and Family Futures since July 2022, Selina previously held positions at MDRC, progressing from Service Desk Analyst II to roles in technical support and cyber security. Proficient in managing various systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OKTA, Zoom, and Cisco, Selina has established a solid foundation in IT support.
