Raheela Parveen currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at ChildLife Foundation Pakistan, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Raheela worked at Next Generation Innovations from September 2023 to March 2024 and at Trellis Housing Finance Limited from December 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included recruiting, onboarding, and implementing HR policies. Raheela's earlier experience includes roles at Askari Bank, MCB Bank Limited, and Allied Bank Limited, focusing on operations. Raheela holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Business Management, along with an M.Com in Business Administration and Management, and a B.Com in Auditing from Karachi University.
