Cathie Kravetz-Stansbery has a long and varied work experience. Cathie began their career in 2001 as a Business Systems Analyst for Commerce Bank. In 2006, they moved to Sandia Preparatory School, where they worked as a Coach. In 2013, Cathie joined UniFocus as a Partner Relationship Manager and Technical Account Manager. Most recently, they have been working for LineLeader by ChildcareCRM since 2021, where they have held roles as a Professional Services Manager, Professional Services Team Lead, and Team Lead Professional Services.

Cathie Kravetz-Stansbery obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Education from The University of New Mexico between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Neosho County Community College between 1994 and 1996. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Essential Lessons for First-Time Managers from LinkedIn in February 2022, as well as Intel Math certification.
