Mallory Warner is a Senior Research Scientist at Child Trends since October 2014, focusing on research for the early care and education workforce and professional development systems. Previous roles at Child Trends include Research Scientist II and Research and Policy Specialist, contributing to various projects related to child care policy and evaluations. Prior to Child Trends, Mallory served as Project Manager at the Human Capital Research Collaborative, where leadership was provided for a large-scale education reform model. Additional experience includes consulting for the Search Institute and roles with the Chicago Longitudinal Study and Jumpstart, emphasizing data analysis and program evaluation. Mallory holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Concordia College.
