Yasir Y Abdullahi is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Research Assistant at Child Health and Mortality Prevention Surveillance (CHAMPS) since May 2022. Prior to this role, Yasir held the position of Chief Emergency Professional Surgical Specialist at Jugal Hospital from December 2020 to September 2022. Yasir's earlier experience includes participation as a Public Management Fellow with the Mandela Washington Fellowship in June 2019, and leadership roles at Jugal Hospital from September 2013 to May 2019, where responsibilities included serving as CEO and Medical Director, overseeing administrative, clinical services, and managing emergency surgical operations.
