Nicole Shorter has extensive experience in early childhood education and family support. As the ERSEA Coordinator and Case Manager at the Child Development Council of Franklin County since August 1989, Nicole recruits and enrolls children eligible for Head Start and collaborates with families on assessments and goal setting for 68 children. Additionally, from May 2014 to May 2016, Nicole served as a Parent Group Facilitator at Parents Anonymous, Inc., where the focus was on supporting parents and caregivers through leadership and mutual support within a weekly group setting. Educational qualifications include a Child Development Associate in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, with studies at Capital University and Columbus State Community College, along with an educational foundation from The Ohio State University and Eastmoor Senior High.
