Kayla McCullough, LMSW, currently serves as the Extended Foster Care Program Manager at Child Crisis Arizona, where responsibilities include leading a statewide program that supports young adults in the DCS system in their transition to adulthood. Previously, Kayla held positions such as Transitional Housing Program Manager at Homeless Youth Connection and various roles at San Diego Youth Services, including Program Manager and Community Engagement Manager. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Social Work Intern at Grossmont Union High School District, a youth leader at YMCA of San Diego County, and a case management intern at Father Joe's Villages. Kayla earned a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from San Diego State University.
