Riffat Khurram is an accomplished Scrum Master and QA Lead Engineer currently working at Child Care Aware of America since September 2021, with a focus on application modernization and leading cross-functional teams in adopting test-driven development. Prior experience includes roles as SQA Analyst at Contour Software, where Riffat formulated strategies for productivity and team training, and as Software Quality Engineer at Systems Limited, where responsibilities spanned client communication, requirements documentation, and comprehensive testing methodologies. Riffat began a career as Analyst & SQA Engineer at Sapphire Solutions, with involvement in various software development life cycle and testing processes. Riffat holds a Master's in Information and Technology from Punjab University College of Information and Technology and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of the Punjab.
