The Program Management and Coordination team at the Child and Family Agency of SE CT ensures the effective delivery and continuous improvement of the agency's various services. The Outpatient Coordinator oversees outpatient service logistics, the Program Manager of Performance & Quality Improvement focuses on enhancing service quality and outcomes, and the Program Manager of In-home Services manages the deployment and efficacy of in-home support programs. Together, they strive to ensure that all community members receive accessible, high-quality support tailored to their evolving needs.
