Carmen Gravin Hill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in youth services and human resources management. Currently serving as the Youth Services Director at Child Advocates of Placer County since October 2020, Carmen focuses on recruiting and training volunteers to support detained youth and victims of exploitation, overseeing a significant volunteer and staff community. Prior to this role, Carmen spent over two decades at Cisco Systems, advancing from Senior Manager of Program Management to Director of People & Communities, where responsibilities included global health strategy and performance management. Carmen also contributed to Child Advocates of Placer County as a board member and held a senior marketing position at NEC Technologies, establishing a channel marketing department. Carmen holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
