Viktoria Petrell currently serves as the Head of HR, Sustainability, and Internal Communications at Chiesi Nordic, leading efforts that have earned the company GreatPlaceToWork certification and recognition among Sweden's best workplaces. Viktoria has extensive experience in HR, including a role as Strategic HR Business Partner for the European Mid-sized Countries at Chiesi Group and leadership in various projects focused on organizational transformation and strategic planning. Previous positions include HR Business Partner at Sobi, where responsibilities spanned multiple client groups, and engagements in employer branding and recruitment initiatives. Viktoria holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Hanken School of Economics, complemented by international studies.
