Melissa Spinoso is an HSE Specialist at Chiesi Group since January 2024, with previous experience as an HSE, Maintenance & Engineering Consultant at JSB Solutions from July 2019 to January 2024. During this time, Melissa supported engineering and maintenance operations, including the creation of equipment datasheets, management of preventive maintenance plans via Infor EAM, and development of standard operating procedures. Melissa also assisted in health, safety, and environment (HSE) management, handling near misses and monitoring key performance indicators. Prior roles include a Process Technologist at HERAMBIENTE SPA and a laboratory research position at the University of Bologna, where expertise in data collection and analysis was developed. Melissa holds a Master's Degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a Master's in Integrated Management Systems from ISTUM, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
