Wendy Kiepek is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare technology and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Chief Member at Chief and Board Member for Zebra Technologies and WiTT - Women in Technology of Tennessee, Wendy has held the position of Executive Director at Vanderbilt University Medical Center since March 2000. In this role, Wendy has developed governance frameworks, led strategic planning initiatives, and championed technology services across the organization. Wendy's background includes significant project leadership, exemplified by the successful implementation of the $200 million EpicLeap Big Bang project, which transformed the electronic health record system at the medical center. Wendy's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida.
