Maureen Joseph is the current Chief Member at Chief, starting in December 2023, where the organization focuses on empowering women to attain and maintain leadership positions. Previously, Maureen served as Chief People Officer at GoodVets from July 2019 to September 2024, and held various roles at PEAK6 Investments between August 2013 and July 2019, including HR Business Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. Maureen also worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a University Recruiter from May 2011 to September 2013, where responsibilities included supporting campus recruitment for 400 employees and collaborating with lead partners on recruiting strategies. Earlier experience includes roles at Walgreens, where Maureen contributed to campus recruiting and managed a corporate internship program. Maureen holds a BS degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Marquette University.
