Marian Janes, MS, ICF PCC, is a seasoned executive coach and leader dedicated to empowering women in executive roles. As the Chief Core Guide at Chief since March 2022, Marian provides coaching and support to women in C-suite positions. Additionally, Marian is the President and Owner of Ignite Growth Coaching Academy, which focuses on personal and professional growth and transformation, and the Founder of Ignite Growth Academy, a learning lab for leadership development. With extensive experience as Chief Opportunity Officer at Jancom Associates and a Leadership Coaching Mentor at Heidrick & Struggles, Marian also contributes as a faculty member at Rutgers University. Previous roles include Director of Employee Learning & Development at Ricoh Americas Corporation, where Marian created a successful corporate university. Marian holds multiple degrees in Education, including an MS from Indiana University Bloomington.
