Previously, Kimberly held various leadership positions in global total rewards and benefits management at Livingston International, Fortune Brands Home & Security, and Exelon, demonstrating expertise in program enhancement, compliance, and employee support. Kimberly's educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with studies at the University of Baltimore, Illinois State University, and Heartland Community College.
