Jessica Savage, CTP, currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at REE Automotive and as a Chief Member since November 2024. Previously, Jessica held the position of Vice President of Service and Distribution at Xos Trucks, where responsibilities included creating policies and leading customer experience initiatives. Jessica's extensive experience at Mack Trucks included roles such as Director of E-Mobility Sales and Director of Parts Sales, where significant contributions were made in developing sales processes and mentoring sales teams. Additional roles at Navistar Inc. and as an Adjunct Professor at DePaul University further demonstrate Jessica's commitment to sales excellence and leadership in the automotive industry. Jessica holds an M.B.A. in Operations Management and Logistics from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from DePaul University.
