Gina A. Calzaretta is an experienced professional currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at DEPT® since January 2023 and as VP of Customer Success at Melon and Partner at DEPT® since October 2019. With a strong focus on driving strategic business initiatives and ensuring client success, Gina has played a vital role in mentoring team members and building relationships. Prior to these roles, Gina held various positions at Marmalade Agency, including Managing Director of Consulting and Director of Delivery, where significant processes and revenue growth were established. Additional experience includes program management at Fjord and project management roles at Manifest, where leadership and communication skills were honed. Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University, where early contributions included enhancing social media engagement.
