Colleen O'Sullivan serves as a member of Chief since February 2023, contributing to a network focused on empowering women leaders. At HubSpot, Colleen has held several key positions since November 2010, including Vice President of Integrated Customer Experience, where leadership encompasses Customer Success, Implementation, and Professional Services across the EMEA region. Colleen's earlier roles at HubSpot involved founding the International Services team and leading Account Managers in post-sales engagements. Prior experience includes serving on the Advisory Board of Talmundo, managing global partnerships at The Angiogenesis Foundation, acting as Mission Liaison for the Korean Consulate General in Boston, and working as a Communications Specialist at Honors Review English Academy. Colleen's education includes a Master's in Liberal Arts from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Providence College.
