Cathy Lieberman is a seasoned executive coach and consultant with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational performance. As the Principal of CDL Business Consulting since 2010, Cathy specializes in tailoring consulting and coaching services to meet the unique needs of executives and organizations. Cathy serves as an Executive Coach and Core Guide at Chief, focusing on empowering senior women leaders. Cathy also directs the Chicago Chapter of COO Forum, Inc., providing professional development for Second-in-Command Executives.
