Carolyn Childers is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in operations and strategic development across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Chief since 2018, Carolyn previously held the role of Entrepreneur In Residence at Primary Venture Partners from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, Carolyn was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Handy HQ between 2014 and 2017 and worked as an Operating Partner at Primary Venture Partners from 2012 to 2014. Carolyn's career also includes notable positions such as Head of Soap.com at Amazon from 2009 to 2013, Manager of Commercialization at Victoria's Secret in 2008-2009, Manager of Strategy & Business Development at Avon Products from 2004 to 2006, and Investment Banking Associate at Deutsche Bank from 2001 to 2004. Carolyn holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College.
