Heather Higgins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as Senior Manager at S&P Global since February 2023. Higgins is also a member of the Chief of Staff Network since July 2021 and actively contributes as an Election Officer for the City of Charlottesville’s Office of Voter Registration & Elections. Prior roles include Chief of Staff to the CEO at Cosaic, where strategic planning and business scalability were key responsibilities, and Senior Associate at the Charlottesville Angel Network, facilitating investments in early-stage companies. Higgins has also provided high-level administrative support in various capacities at the University of Virginia and private family offices. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Virginia.
