Aditya Shah is an experienced operations and strategic leader with a strong background in various high-impact roles. Currently a member of the Chief of Staff Network and Operators Guild, Aditya previously served as Chief of Staff at PicnicHealth, where support was provided to the executive team in strategic planning and execution. Aditya led AllStripes as Chief of Staff and Head of Operations, overseeing company performance and facilitating an acquisition by PicnicHealth. Other notable positions include Chief Operating Officer at Nova Pioneer, General Manager at Instacart, and co-founder of both Loose Button and EightyTwenty Group. Aditya holds a B.A.Sc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and participated in an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
